1. You are responsible for all the freights occured in this shipment which include refusal, non-claimed, re-ship .....
2. No return on CD, DVD, VHS, Test Bank, Solution Manual, Workbook.
3. There will be 20% re-stocking fee for all other returned merchandises.
4. Any un-authorized return will be rejected at your own cost.
5. You have 15 days after receipt of the package to obtain return authorization number and our warehouse must receive your package within 30 days after RA# issuance date.
