In the description of our products, (H) means Hardcover, (P) means Paperback, (Package) means Box or Envelope, (Binder) means either two or three-ring Binder. (CA) Means California Edition and (TE) means Teacher’s Edition.
What is the condition of your books ?
Quality is our first priority. We check every book at least twice when we receive them and final inspection will also be performed before we ship it out. How do I know I am buying the right book ?
ISBN# is the number we go by and it is very unique. As long as you are buying the book that has the same ISBN# as in our inventory, you can be assured you are getting the right one. We also put copyright year in our description just in case you would like to double check.
I don’t have ISBN# or Year of the book I am looking for, how do I go from here?
Title and publisher are the two essential factors you need to obtain. By using advanced Search function which is located right under the search button, you will be able to narrow your search to specific publisher. We will assist you to make sure you are getting the right book by answering your questions of comparing page/content.
You website only shows (CA) edition but I am looking for a different edition?
The content of California Edition is 99% identical as any other edition. The only difference is preface & cover has CA printed. Please send us any page/content to compare.
How soon can I expect to receive your book?
Any order placed before 12 PM PST will be shipped the very same day. It depends on which shipping method you choose.
What is your return policy?
Please look at the Returns under information. No return on media material & work/test books. There will be 20% restocking fee if you return your pre-authorized package. Please, please make sure you are buying the right item by asking any question before place your order.
Your website shows the Quantity less than I need, why can't I check out?
Since we ship your order out promptly, we don't want to have any confusion of backorder. Your ordered quantity has to be less or equal what we have in our inventory. If you can not check out, please adjust your quantity accordingly
