Returning:
We strive our best to assure the best quality of our used materials. In case you need to return or replace our merchandise, following rule has to be followed : -Requests for returns resulting from our shipping errors should be reported to the Media & Book Services LLC Return Authorization department within 15 days of receipt by either telephone or fill up following request. Our Toll Free number is 877-435-8975. Return shipping charges will be at Media & Book Services LLC expense. You will be credited once we receive your return.
-Schools and Districts may return textbooks as overstock, with prior approval, up to 30 days from invoice date.
-Please note that all workbooks, test items, test banks, answer keys, solution manuals & all media materials such as CD, DVD, VHS are not returnable. Make sure the content of the product you are purchasing is the right one before you make a check-out confirmation.
-Customers must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) from Media & Book Services LLC prior to returning.
-Returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of RA# issuance date in the same condition as they were sold.
-It is customers' responsibility to pay the return freight.
-There will be 20% re-stocking fee if return accepted unless otherwise with special arrangement. |
